RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At CRAFTING DECORS, our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide ONLY EXCHANGE for all items purchased from us.
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN OF OUR PRODUCTS IN ANY CONDITION. WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT.
As our products are meticulously handmade and embody artisan craftsmanship, we accept ONLY EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT in the event of significant damage that cannot be rectified by the customer.
1. RETURN VS EXCHANGE
Customers may exchange damaged product for a replacement of the same product only in case of serious damage caused to the product during transportation which cannot be rectified but the customer itself.
2. TIMEFRAME FOR EXCHANGES
2.1 All exchanges would need to be raised within 24 hours of the delivery. Customers must raise a exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.
2.2 Customers can raise their exchange request via E-Mail {craftingdecor@yahoo.com} or via whatsapp on 8006444145 with all the proofs of the damage.
3. REASONS FOR EXCHANGE
3.1 We accept exchange only for product with serious damage upon opening which cannot be rectified by the customer itself.
3.2 The product which is slightly damaged and can be rectified by customer itself like sticking some stones or any small part colour worn out can be easily fixed by the customer are not eligibe for exchange.
3.3 To initiate an exchange, customers must provide a full 360° opening uncut video clearly showcasing the damage from all the angles.
4. PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE
4.1 To raise an exchange, customer will contact us via email at craftingdecor@yahoo.com or Whatsapp at 8006444145.
4.2 Include the parcel opening video as per our guidelines given above for assessment by our technician.
4.3 Our technician will then assess the damage caused to the product and accordingly will approve or disapprove the Exchange request.
5. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
In the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping one side of the exchange, while we cover the shipping for the replacement item.
6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 Exchanged items must be unused and packed securely in their original packaging.
6.2 All items that are exchanged, can only be made once.
6.3 We reserve the right and full discretion to disapprove the exchange request.
6.4 Our Exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
6.5 All decisions made by Crafting Decors is final.
